In this Lead Delivery Consultant role you will lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and transformation programmes, ranging from infrastructure migrations and data platform builds to multi-workstream custom application delivery, ensuring tangible outcomes are shipped into production quickly and sustainably. You will be accountable for protecting commercial margins, negotiating and managing commercial agreements, establishing scalable delivery templates, processes and governance, and influencing senior client and internal stakeholders to drive decisions and clear blockers. Working closely with Sales, Finance, technical leaders and delivery teams, you will mentor and develop less experienced project managers, drive continuous improvement across the Project Delivery function, and ensure every project meets Qodea's high standards for quality, velocity and client impact., * Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-workstream technology programmes (infrastructure, data platforms, custom applications), ensuring projects are delivered on time, to scope, and within budget.
- Define and embed delivery methodologies, templates, governance and commercial processes (agile/iterative where appropriate) to scale Qodea's project capabilities and protect target margins.
- Engage, influence and manage senior client stakeholders including C-level executives; set expectations, negotiate priorities, and escalate/resolution of issues to secure positive outcomes for client and Qodea.
- Partner with Sales and Finance to produce robust Statements of Work, financial plans, resource models and change controls; manage budget impacts and negotiate managed outcomes when required.
- Proactively identify, track and mitigate programme risks and issues; drive decision-making and escalation paths to maintain delivery momentum and project health.
- Provide leadership, coaching and performance management for project delivery teams and junior project managers; support career development, skills gaps and emotional wellbeing within your team.
- Maintain and present clear, executive-level reporting, dashboards and programme portfolios to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability across engagements.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Demonstrable experience leading complex, multi-workstream IT projects or programmes that delivered infrastructure migrations, data platforms or custom application solutions.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Agile and Scrum delivery models plus structured approaches such as PRINCE2 and ITIL; able to tailor governance to client context and scale repeatable practices.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C-level clients, with strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen: producing SOWs, managing budgets, financial forecasting and negotiating contract or scope changes to protect margin and client outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven experience producing executive-level presentations, clear reporting and programme dashboards.
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and data-related technologies sufficient to engage credibly with architects and engineering teams.
- Certification in PRINCE2, ITIL, or Agile/Scrum (or demonstrable equivalent) and a track record of applying these frameworks in delivery., * Experience operating at portfolio or programme management scale, with a demonstrated ability to grow and sustain long-term client relationships.
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and modern data tooling/architectures.
- PMP or advanced programme management qualification and experience in commercially complex engagements.
