Job description

Reporting to the Director of Digital, the role will involve both hands-on development and collaborative delivery across a wide range of digital initiatives. You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to design, build and enhance digital tools that improve efficiency, performance and user experience., * Designing, developing and maintaining applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective digital solutions
  • Developing and integrating custom connectors, APIs and data solutions
  • Optimising applications and flows to improve performance, reliability and usability
  • Supporting the delivery of digital projects to agreed timescales and quality standards
  • Sharing knowledge and providing guidance to junior developers and apprentices
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of digital practices, tools and ways of working

While the role primarily supports the UK business, you will also be part of Artelia's global digital community of over 110 specialists, enabling collaboration, learning and knowledge sharing across international teams.

This is a full-time, output-focused role with flexibility at its core. The position will involve meeting key stakeholders in person, mainly in our London and Ipswich offices, with occasional travel to other UK locations.

Requirements

You bring a strong interest in digital development and enjoy working collaboratively to deliver practical, well-designed solutions. You are comfortable balancing technical delivery with communication and stakeholder engagement., * A good understanding of Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI

  • Experience working with stakeholders to gather requirements and develop functional specifications
  • Experience with SQL, SharePoint and Azure services (desirable)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a thoughtful, analytical approach
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
  • An inquisitive mindset and commitment to continuous learning
  • A proactive, collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working as part of a team
