Job description
- Lead a multidisciplinary Infrastructure team.
- Drive cultural maturity and delivery ownership.
- Act as an escalation point during incidents.
- Own the infrastructure roadmap with the CTO.
- Ensure resilience, governance, and SMCR standards.
- Manage vendors, budgets, and technical decisions.
- Influence senior leadership.
Requirements
- Financial Services experience (non-negotiable).
- 5+ years' people leadership.
- Broad infra exposure (Windows, Networks, Azure, Ops, Security).
- Comfortable being a Material Risk Taker under SMCR.
