Senior IP Network Engineer

Our team defines the design and development strategy for IP/MPLS/SR core and IP data center networks, including IP automation. We are responsible for platform lifecycle management and the evolution of a unified IP core network that ensures high availability, performance, and service quality for fixed and mobile services, in close collaboration with internal and external partners.

• Create design and development strategies of IP networks in coordination with IP core, IP access, IP data center, Mobile Backhaul, firewall and IP automation platforms
• Perform feasibility studies as well as impact analyses for new services and customer projects
• Take over project management for small to medium-sized projects and act as 3rd level support for IP operations

• You have several years of professional experience in a similar position and have completed a technical education?
• You have very good knowledge in the areas of IP/MPLS/SR & ethernet platforms as well as routing & switching and data center?
• You have experience in network planning and network automation?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of EUR 4.046,28 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
