Your journey with us We are seeking an experienced Senior Consultant specializing in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our EWM Center of Excellence and become a trusted advisor to our industry-leading clients undergoing major transformational supply chain modernization across the globe and in Belgium. In this client-facing role, you will lead complex SAP EWM transformations by designing, implementing and optimizing intelligent warehouse solutions that that drive operational excellence and competitive advantage. This is a high-impact consulting position that combines strategic thinking, deep technical expertise, and change leadership. You will work on critical engagements across diverse industries and geographies, partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver transformational supply chain solutions that reshape how leading enterprises manage their warehouse operations

  • Lead warehouse management implementation projects from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct business process analysis and design - facilitate workshops to define to-be processes, create process models, and perform gap analysis between client requirements and SAP EWM capabilities
  • Design end-to-end warehouse management solutions including inbound/outbound logistics, inventory management, wave planning, picking strategies, goods receipt, putaway, returns, and labor management
  • Assess feasibility and recommend SAP EWM configurations that support defined business processes, identify customization needs, and define system interfaces with other SAP modules
  • Identify and compare global vs. local requirements - advise on appropriate design and organizational changes to balance standardization with regional/market-specific needs
  • Develop and execute change management strategies - design training programs, create training materials, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and support go-live activities

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on project experience leading multiple complex, multi-phases SAP EWM implementations
  • Deep knowledge of Warehouse management processes including:
  • Inbound/outbound logistics
  • Inventory management and optimization
  • Picking, Packing and shipping operations
  • Goods receipt and putaway strategies
  • Returns and quality management
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management processes and how warehouse operations integrate with broad SCM functions (demand planning, procurement, production, distribution)
  • SAP EWM Certification
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into system configurations and process designs
  • Experience leading or supporting multiple phases of implementation projects
  • University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French is an asset
  • Comfortable collaborating in international settings and traveling to clients when needed (around 20% of the time)
