Job description
- Administer and maintain Windows and Linux servers, ensuring their optimal performance.
- Manage and support virtualization environments, particularly Hyper-V.
- Implement and manage Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune and Jamf.
- Ensuring the security and integrity of our company infrastructure.
- System hardening of ground control stations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues, ensuring seamless connectivity across the organization.
- Provide day-to-day helpdesk support and resolve technical issues for end-users.
- Support and maintain three operating systems: Windows, Apple, and Linux.

Requirements
Do you have experience in macOS?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * You have a degree in computer science or training in IT (system integration) or possess a comparable qualification.
- You are experienced in IT support level one and two.
- You are familiar with Windows, ideally with Linux or MAC OS.
- You have basic to intermediate networking knowledge.
- Good knowledge of M365 and the various administrative portals from Microsoft.
- You like to stay up to date with new IT developments.
- Basic maintenance capabilities on PC Hardware.
- You like to work in an international team and are fluent in English.
- You are highly motivated and self-organized.
