Job description
Could you be the full-time Reliability Data Analyst in Saint-Ouen (near Paris)? Your future role: Take on a new challenge and leverage your expertise in data analysis and reliability in a cutting-edge field. You will work with committed and collaborative teams and contribute directly to improving the service reliability performance of our mobility solutions. On a daily basis, you will work closely with the company's teams (after-sales service, engineering, project management, etc.), summarize the reports and service incidents/failures encountered on test trains and at our clients, and will propose continuous improvement actions. You will also be responsible for leading the Train Reliability Data Analysts from a functional point of view and providing regular analysis reports internally (Alstom) and for our clients, while respecting quality standards and defined processes. You will more particularly take care of the statistical analysis of the performance in service reliability of a fleet of vehicles/trains, but also of the management of the CMMS database (reliability part) and coordination with the different stakeholders. We will call on you for:
Feed regularly the Train Reliability Data Analysts of the project with the (service) reports to be analyzed encountered on test trains and at our clients' network. Prepare and present the analyses of service incidents / failures, during internal monitoring meetings (Alstom). Defend the interests of Alstom with stakeholders and in particular vis-à-vis our customers. Perform statistical analyses to monitor the performance in service reliability of a fleet of vehicles/trains. Provide reliability analysis reports for internal teams (Alstom) and our customers. Ensure compliance with the processes and instructions specific to the RAM Métier. Collaborate with the various teams to ensure compliance with the service reliability demonstration plan. Propose continuous improvement actions to optimize tools and processes.

Requirements
Degree in engineering. General technical and functional knowledge in the railway field (rolling stock). Minimum experience of 5 years. Skills in statistics and reliability measurement methods. Experience or understanding of database management and development tools (MS Office, SharePoint, etc.). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Customer and product orientation. Ability to structure and adopt practical approaches. English fluency (written and spoken)
