A lot of personal input and cooperation in self-managing teams (scrum-method)! The company has multiple technological teams, divided into squads.The technical department consists of three groups, front end (4 persons) and two types of back end, where one teams works on the exchange (7 persons) and one team works one the software (3 persons). The two back end teams are interconnected and work intensively together. You will join the back end teams where your colleagues have extensive experience in exchange and software development. They enjoy working on new products and constantly improving the current app. The core of product is important and in your hands! You will be responsible for the backend development and integration with the application of the financial trading exchange. This includes:

• The development and maintenance of your own financial trade exchange.
• Monitoring and interpreting large amounts of computational workloads, which are processed in low-latency structures.
• Researching, you have great research skills and enjoy the challenge. You find ways to improve different parts of the system, implement new features and processes to create the best customer experience.

1. You have at least 5 years experience in IT as a software developer and C++ specialist! During your work experience you have gained knowledge of working with algorithms, data structures and the delivery of reliable codes. 
2. You obtained a degree at university level (bachelor or master) in IT/Engineering/Econometrics. 
3. You have worked in the trading industry or for example the gaming sector.

• A salary based on knowledge and experience, but between the range of €4000 and €5700 gross on a full-time basis
