Job description
- Lead with Influence: You'll work directly with C-Suite stakeholders, guiding strategic decisions and delivering solutions that drive real business value.
- Architect Complex, Multi-Pillar Solutions: From Finance and Procurement to HCM, PPM, and EPM-you'll design and deliver across the full Oracle Cloud suite.
- Be the Go-To Expert: You'll provide solution leadership across data migration, integration, and reporting, using tools like OIC, OAC, and OTBI.
- Shape the Future: You'll mentor rising talent, support pre-sales, and play a key role in Version 1's continued growth and innovation.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in implementing Oracle Cloud Finance systems and understanding the full capabilities of Oracle HCM, Procurement, PPM, and EPM applications.
- Experience leading large multi-pillar programs, including Finance and HCM, in a solution lead capacity.
- Experience designing Data Migration, Integration, and Reporting solutions using Oracle tools such as OIC and OAC.
- Experience implementing Oracle eBS Finance applications.
- Proven ability to drive teams to meet challenging goals.

- Ability to manage multiple assignments and balance competing priorities.
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials or ERP is a plus; multiple certifications expected in future.
- Accountancy qualifications are a plus.
