As we continue to expand and innovate, we are investing in the digital platforms that power our services - and we are looking for a talented Full Stack Developer skilled in Typescript/Node to help drive that transformation.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in building and enhancing the systems that keep our business moving - from customer-facing portals to the internal tools that support claims processing, technician scheduling, service tracking, and insurance workflows.

You will collaborate with product, operations, and customer service teams to turn real-world challenges into smart, scalable technical solutions that elevate the entire customer journey.
What you will be doing
- Leading and contributing to development projects - both independently and within a collaborative team.
- Working with designers to create intuitive, user-friendly web and app interfaces.
- Transforming ideas into prototypes across both front- and back-end.
- Producing clear technical specifications and maintaining documentation.
- Deploying and supporting live applications used across the business.
- Providing occasional client training and support.
- Continuously developing your skills to meet evolving project needs.
- Supporting and enhancing existing systems as part of ongoing development.
What you will bring
Technical skills
- HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- JavaScript frameworks (Node, React, etc.)
- Linux and Docker
- Oracle and CouchDB
- TypeScript
- Version control (Git / SVN)
Requirements
