Head of Technology Delivery

Join our client in London as a Head of Technology Delivery, where you will lead the technology division's delivery functions within a friendly, collaborative environment. Your key role will be to manage and optimise a multi-project portfolio across underwriting, data, and platform initiatives, including leading all Acturis projects. You will oversee a team of Project/Programme Managers, ensure governance processes are effective, and foster strong partnerships with vendors and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes in a regulated environment. Your leadership will drive strategic planning, risk management, and continuous improvement, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to benefits realisation. Key Skills and Requirements

@ 10+ years' experience in delivery leadership within insurance, especially MGA or Commercial sectors @ Proven success managing multi-project portfolios, including policy admin systems and SaaS vendor implementations @ Deep knowledge of Acturis platform and experience working on SaaS projects @ Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills @ Professional certifications like PRINCE2, PMP, or Scrum/PSM @ Expertise in governance, dependency management, and risk mitigation in regulated environments @ Experience with delivery tooling (Azure DevOps, Jira, Power BI) This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic team, work within a supportive culture, and make a real impact.
