We're partnered with a well-established MSP in Central London, supporting a diverse portfolio of SME clients across professional services, finance, creative, and tech. They're now looking for a strong 2nd Line Engineer with proven MSP experience to join their growing technical team.

This is a true MSP role for an engineer who enjoys variety, ownership, and technical depth. You won't be boxed into basic support - you'll be trusted to handle complex 2nd Line issues, work directly with clients, and support infrastructure, cloud, and improvement projects alongside senior engineers.

• Proven experience in a 2nd Line role within an MSP (essential)
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory & Microsoft 365
• Confident troubleshooting across DNS, DHCP, networking, VPNs & firewalls
• Experience supporting multiple SME client environments
• Exposure to Azure, cloud platforms, virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)
• Strong communication skills and a professional client-facing approach
• Able to prioritize, multitask, and take ownership in a fast-paced MSP setting
