Director of MIS & IT

Based in Ashton-under-Lyne, our client is a thriving FE college committed to transforming lives through high-quality education and training. Rated 'Good' by Ofsted, the College is on an exciting journey of growth and improvement., The College is seeking a Director of MIS & IT to lead and embed a data-centered approach to continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, delivery and management of the College's Management Information, Business Systems, Examinations and IT. You will integrate systems and procedures to capture necessary information for audits, ensure compliance and the integrity of the student database and provide a comprehensive live reporting suite online.

This role requires an experienced leader with a strong track record in FE funding methodologies, MIS systems and management information, who can drive a data-led culture of continuous improvement and deliver robust, innovative solutions. The successful candidate will be collaborative, proactive and able to communicate effectively across all levels, inspiring confidence and high performance throughout the College.
