Job description
oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting cycles at customer's level. Effectively manage the service delivery, budget and costs, resources, and relationships with customers. Collaborate with the presales team to understand customer business challenges and technical requirements and design and propose threat intelligence solutions that fit their needs. Support the sales team in tenders, defenses demos and POCs. Lead and train cross-functional teams on Threat Intelligence offers, processes and policies. Serve has a backup of the CTI Iberian manager. Required Skills Strong interpersonal communication and management skills. Proactivity, autonomy, and commitment to continuous improvement. 5+ years in threat intelligence (preferable) or other cybersecurity roles. Strong experience of in Threat Intelligence manners. Hands-on experience with Threat Intelligence tools. Proficiency in OSINT, dark web monitoring, and vulnerability analysis., In-depth knowledge
Requirements
of threat actors, TTPs, MITRE ATT&CK framework. Broad knowledge of cybersecurity in general, their concepts and frameworks. Cybersecurity Certifications as GCTI, CTIA, CISM, CISSP, CEH, GCIH or CISA will be valued. Native Spanish speaker. Must possess professional working proficiency in English (written and verbal).
