Full Stack Engineer

As a Full Stack Engineer, your mission is to build the interfaces, systems, and tools that drive Zinco's internal platform and client-facing experiences. You'll work across front-end and back-end to create fast, elegant, and highly usable dashboards, data tools, and automations. You'll help bring clarity and control to complex financial, tax, and payroll workflows - with precision and speed. This role is perfect for someone who codes fast, ships often, and cares deeply about both technical excellence and product usability. What you'll do * Develop and maintain back-end systems in Python, using FastAPI and Pydantic. * Design and automate workflows that process documents, handle emails, and interact with APIs - using tools like n8n, Langchain, MCP, and OCR. * Contributing to the deployment and monitoring of services, we currently use Railway for deployment. * Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient. * Write clean, maintainable code - fast - and take ownership from idea to release. * Design and implement dashboards, chat experiences and tools used by our teams and clients. * Collaboration on ML pipelines or intelligent systems - experience with ML and MLOps is a plus. ? What we're looking for * Based in Madrid - remote work is fine, but we love our office vibes! * Experience with deployment pipelines and infrastructure. * Passionate about experimenting with AI-powered developer tools like Cursor, Windsurf, or similar to accelerate coding and problem-solving. * Hands-on experience with tools like MCP, Langchain, CrewAI, n8n, or similar agent/workflow frameworks. * Deep understanding of data security and privacy, especially when dealing with sensitive client information. * Pragmatic and fast: you move with urgency, write clean code, and prioritize impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
