Job description
We are looking for a HR Systems & Data Manager to strengthen our People team and support the continuous evolution of our systems and people data landscape, with a strong focus on Workday. This role sits at the intersection of HR systems, process optimization, data analysis, and stakeholders coordination. You will be part of a diverse People team bringing together complementary expertise (HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, Engagement, Learning & Development, HR Operations), and you will work closely with HR, IT, Engineering, Finance, Legal and external partners. The position requires a strong data-driven mindset, a global view of HR tools, and the ability to operate autonomously in a complex, international environment., *
- Act as the functional lead and owner of Workday, ensuring it effectively supports business needs
- Continuously improve and optimize HR processes through system enhancements and best practices
- Serve as the main point of contact for external service providers, managing collaboration and deliveries
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all HR systems and integrations
- Perform HR data analysis and support reporting, dashboards, and decision-making
- Maintain an end-to-end view of the HR ecosystem and data flows
- Contribute to HR systems governance, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Explore and support the use of AI and automation in HR systems and people data, + Hybrid status for this role (2- 3 days per week at the office)

Requirements
Do you have experience in Workday?, + Prior experience in a similar position & in an international environment
- Strong and proven analytical skills
- Self-management skills and autonomy
- Good communication skills and enjoy sharing and learning from others
- You are organized, results-driven, and can prioritize in a changing environment
- Full working proficiency in English
- Prior experience in an international Tech scale-up environment strongly preferred
- Prior experience with Workday is a plus, + a 45-min video-call with your Talent Acquisition Manager Hien Hoang to get to know you, understand your career expectations and answer your questions
- a 60-min video-call with our Head of People Operations, Data & Systems Perrine Labesse to assess your hard & soft skills
- a fully remote exercise to evaluate your technical skills, followed by a 90-min video-call to discuss your exercise
- a 30-min informal chat with a team member or internal stakeholder
- a 30-min video-call with our VP People Amaëlle Richaud for vision fit and rounding off the process
