Fullstack Software Engineer - Santé au travail

At Alan, we're reimagining occupational health ("médecine du travail") in France. Our goal is to transform the experience for employees, HR admins, and occupational health practitioners by offering a proactive, AI-powered service that removes bureaucracy and focuses on prevention. Our Vision We're building a new kind of occupational health service that puts employees first and positions our product as the leading integrated health partner for members and companies. Impact You'll work side by side with experienced teammates to build the platform from 0 to 1, shaping the foundations of a product that aims to be a major breakthrough in how companies care for their employees' health at work.

You will be able to work on high-impact projects in fast-paced environments, motivated by the desire to make a difference. You'll craft the perfect experience, powered by AI, simplifying the journey that significantly impacts members' health and empowering doctors to provide optimal care. You will design efficient, secure systems to ensure the integrity of sensitive medical data. You'll have the chance to shape product and technical direction, collaborating with stakeholders like product teams, doctors, and operations.

Ideal Candidate

Passionate about creating delightful products with exceptional user experiences. Open to working with TypeScript and Python in a cross-platform environment, familiar with modern web technologies. Has clear progression in your career - increasing responsibility, scope, and impact over time. Self-starting and entrepreneurial mindset. Collaborative, enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching. Humble and still willing to grow (no matter your seniority). Fluent in English (no need to speak French).
