As a Senior Analytics Engineer, you will work within a dynamic, diverse team recognized as a front-runner in HR analytics. You are responsible for connecting raw data to actionable insights and acting as the vital link between business stakeholders, analytics, and IT teams. You must ensure that technical developments align with business goals and are delivered within specified timelines.
You will:
- Design and Implement: Create robust data transformations and maintainable models.
- Govern and Standardize: Apply best practices in data modelling and data governance to ensure scalability.
- Communicate: Document and present development progress to stakeholders to ensure transparency.
- Build Solutions: Develop dashboarding and reporting solutions using SQL and Power BI.
Responsibilities
- Translating complex business requirements into functional technical data solutions.
- Maintaining reliability and data integrity across all analytical models.
- Supporting predictive analytics and machine learning concepts where necessary.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Minimum of 5 years in data engineering, data modelling, and analytics engineering.
- Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, PySpark, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience with Databricks and Power BI (both backend and front-end).
- Certifications: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (PL-300) and Databricks Certified Data Analyst Associate.
Profile
- Domain Knowledge: Background in HR analytics or the financial domain is highly preferred.
- Specialized Insight: Familiarity with the pay transparency directive or machine learning engineering.
- Compliance Mindset: Understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
