Job description
This is a short-term contract with a digital agency for an intensive design sprint. We're looking for an enterprise-grade product designer who can jump into an active build, transform rough inputs (Loom recordings, voice notes, early concepts) into clear, high-signal UX, and deliver production-ready flows with minimal oversight. You'll collaborate directly with leadership and engineering to push critical enterprise journeys over the finish line. What You'll Own
You'll lead UX across core enterprise workflows, including:
- Multi-user journeys spanning admins, operators, reviewers, managers, and candidates
- Role-based, permission-sensitive experiences that define what each user can view, action, or approve
- Decision-making surfaces and dashboards designed for real cognitive load
- Critical product states (empty, error, restricted access, degraded modes)
- Scalable patterns and components that prevent design drift as the system grows
You'll work end-to-end: framing problems, mapping flows, designing interactions, validating with the team, and handing off tightly to engineering.
Requirements
- High ownership: able to define structure, make decisions, and drive work forward independently
- Strong background designing complex SaaS or enterprise products
- Demonstrated experience with multi-user, role-based workflows
- Excellent interaction design and information architecture
- Comfortable partnering directly with engineers and working at sprint velocity
Desireables
- Experience designing for compliance heavy or regulated environments
- Familiarity with design systems and pattern libraries
- Ability to use analytics to inform UX decisions
- Background in decision-support tools or dashboard design
