Job description
We don't build boring CRUD apps. You will be designing high-utility, complex interfaces that feel like magic:
- The Notetaker: A sophisticated real-time interface that generates live transcripts and insights.
- Customisable Drafts: A feature that generates deeply personalized AI responses based on user context.
- The Ecosystem: A seamless journey across web and mobile web that turns raw AI power into an intuitive daily habit., * Execute & Iterate: Take our world-class brand identity and apply it to complex product flows, ensuring every interaction feels premium and trustworthy.
- User-Centric Ownership: Own the research process for your features. Talk to users, identify friction, and prototype solutions that solve real problems.
- Collaborative Building: Partner directly with Product Engineers. We have no PMs; you will be the bridge between user needs and technical implementation.
- Maintain Excellence: Ensure the "Instant Usability" of our web app, design system, and mobile web experience stays at the highest level.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Figma?, * Evidence-Led: You have a strong affinity for User Research. You don't just move pixels; you run your own research, gather insights, and use them to defend your design decisions.
- Startup Veteran: 6+ years of experience in high-growth environments (Series A-D, 20-120 employees).
- System Thinker: You won't be designing from scratch. You'll use our existing design system to maintain consistency while proactively evolving it as we scale.
- Technically Fluent: You understand the "how." You are comfortable working with a stack of Figma, ShadCN, Tailwind CSS, and Lucide.
- High Intensity: You thrive on speed. You believe every minute counts and that execution is a competitive sport.
