Job description
We're hiring a Product Owner to join a growing technology team within a purpose-led eCommerce and distribution business. This role offers genuine ownership of digital products that sit at the heart of customer experience and warehouse fulfilment operations.
You'll work closely with engineering teams and business stakeholders to define product vision, manage priorities, and deliver value through well-shaped, data-informed solutions.
The Role
As Product Owner, you will:
- Own and evolve the product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs
- Manage, refine, and prioritise the product backlog, producing clear, actionable user stories
- Act as the key bridge between technology, stakeholders, and end users
- Translate strategic objectives into deliverable sprint goals
- Participate fully in Agile ceremonies (planning, reviews, retrospectives)
- Engage with users and stakeholders to define MVPs and iterate based on feedback
- Use data and insight to balance commercial priorities with user value
- Collaborate on acceptance criteria, testing, and release quality
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and milestones
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban ways of working
- Experience in eCommerce, digital platforms, or high-growth tech environments
- Confident working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
- Strong backlog management and story-writing skills
- Comfortable using Jira and Confluence
- Analytical, commercially minded, and delivery-focused
Nice to Have
- Experience with logistics, fulfilment, or warehouse systems
- Exposure to cloud-based architectures (e.g. AWS, modern software stacks)
- Understanding of UX principles, user research, or analytics tools
- Agile certifications (e.g. CSPO), * Agile
