If you love solving problems, are ready to get stuck into a wide range of technical tasks, from day-to-day support to system administration and projects, you'll feel right at home here. This is a hands-on role with loads of variety, real responsibility, and plenty of opportunities to develop your skills as we continue to expand.
What You'll Be Doing

Helping staff with PC, printer, and Microsoft issues

Setting up and managing Microsoft user accounts

Keeping devices updated and secure

Managing email filtering and anti-virus tools

Working with our IT support provider on trickier problems

Keeping our device asset list up to date

Supporting IT changes and small projects across branches

Basic support for company phones

Managing the phone database

Retrieving call recordings when needed

Working with our phone provider on escalations

Managing users, roles, and security

Handling support and development cases

Troubleshooting system issues

Creating reports and simple customisations

Supporting the Access App

Working with Intact on more complex ERP issues

Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * Someone friendly, patient, and good with people
- Experience in IT support or a similar role
- Confident troubleshooting everyday tech issues
- Happy to learn new systems and take ownership, * IT support: 1 year (required)
