IT Technician

We're growing fast, scaling up, and investing heavily in our tech - and we're looking for an IT Technician who's proactive, organised and excited to grow with us. If you love solving problems, are ready to get stuck into a wide range of technical tasks, from day-to-day support to system administration and projects, you'll feel right at home here. This is a hands-on role with loads of variety, real responsibility, and plenty of opportunities to develop your skills as we continue to expand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping staff with PC, printer, and Microsoft issues

• Setting up and managing Microsoft user accounts

• Keeping devices updated and secure

• Managing email filtering and anti-virus tools

• Working with our IT support provider on trickier problems

• Keeping our device asset list up to date

• Supporting IT changes and small projects across branches

• Basic support for company phones

• Managing the phone database

• Retrieving call recordings when needed

• Working with our phone provider on escalations

• Managing users, roles, and security

• Handling support and development cases

• Troubleshooting system issues

• Creating reports and simple customisations

• Supporting the Access App

• Working with Intact on more complex ERP issues

• Power BI

• Navman

• Optimo Route

• Syrinx Hire system

• Camera system user management

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * Someone friendly, patient, and good with people

• Experience in IT support or a similar role
• Confident troubleshooting everyday tech issues
• Happy to learn new systems and take ownership, * IT support: 1 year (required)
