Overall Mission:
The Digital Experience Project Manager will play a pivotal role in elevating and redefining TAG Heuer's storytelling across our official website and client newsletters. This position is crucial for reinforcing our direct communication with clients, fostering engagement, and boosting loyalty., * Website Content Management: Support all website activities, including webmastering and content updates, ensuring a dynamic and engaging online experience for our clients.
- Storytelling and Branding Enhancement: Actively contribute to improving our brand storytelling, product information, and descriptions on tagheuer.com, aligning with TAG Heuer's DNA and strategic objectives.
- UX Writing: Improve or create text that guides our website users through our products and enhances their overall experience.
- Newsletter tone of voice: Help elevate our client newsletters by supporting the definition and implementation of a new editorial strategy, copywriting, ensuring compelling and consistent digital communication.
- TAG Heuer Webzine Development: Contribute to shaping the future direction of the TAG Heuer webzine, exploring innovative ways to engage our audience.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the CRM, Marketing/Editorial, IS&T Digital teams and external agencies to ensure seamless integration and execution of digital projects.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Oracle?, * At least 5 years of proven experience in editorial and copywriting, with a strong portfolio showcasing compelling digital content.
- Familiarity with Generative AI tools and their application in content creation and strategy.
- A proactive mindset with a disruptive vision and a passion for innovation in digital communication.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, results oriented, with a client-centric mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments.
- Fluent English required.
