Senior Data Analyst

We are bold in our actions, nimble in our decision-making, and industrious in the way we work., * Work with third-party datasets; analyze IQVIA sales, MIDAS data, RWD data (Claims, EHR / EMR, Survey) and epidemiology datasets

• Design and conduct patient-data analyses utilizing RWD datasets
• Understand and derive market access, commercial analytics and medical affairs KPIs
• Generate periodic performance tracking reports using commercial data to measure post launch activities of the drug
• Responsible for executing ad-hoc analyses, deep dives, statistical analyses to generate and report real-world evidence about disease, adherence, patient journeys, health service utilization and the effects of pharma products
• Design custom analyses using tools like SQL, R, Python, Excel, Tableau, SAS, R
• Work independently to lead statistical aspects of projects with quality reviews by analytics lead
• Lead end-to-end projects, working directly with the client, engagement leads and senior stakeholders within the organization
• Take initiative to advance problem-solving skills and Indegene capabilities
• Teach, mentor and coach junior team members

4+ years of overall experience with a reasonable exposure to delivering analytics projects
