IT Operations Support Analyst

• 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
• Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
• Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT

Grundlegende Verantwortlichkeiten:

• 1st/2nd Level Support (IT Help Desk) of all European locations of the ITT Rheinhütte Pumpen Group
• Independent acceptance, analysis and resolution of internal service requests and fault reports (1st and 2nd level support) with a focus on clients, applications and peripherals
• Escalation and handover of tickets to the internal IT teams and to the Enterprise IT of the parent company ITT
• Procurement, installation, configuration, maintenance and documentation of the complete IT equipment (hardware and software)
• Inventory of the complete IT equipment
• Database maintenance and maintenance of ERP systems, Windows Active Directory and other company applications
• Maintenance and updating of all hardware and software documentation
• Assistant tasks in project management, especially project planning and tracking
• Vacation replacement of the IT system engineer
• Management of network infrastructure (switches, access points, cabling, network cabinets)
