Job description

We are looking for an End-to-End Digital Product Owner to ensure solution integrity and coherence across all rebate modules built in Vistex GTMS: Performance Bonus, Marketing Development Funds (MDF), Claims, and DSD.

Each module already has its own DPO; this role acts as the cross-module integrator, ensuring consistency in tools, processes, and data across the entire rebate ecosystem. You will focus on integration, master data alignment, and harmonization of similar requirements across modules, while driving best practices and ensuring that common solutions are leveraged wherever possible., * Understand solutions implemented in all modules, identifying what is common and what is specific (data, integrations, etc) with special focus on Finance processes (accruals and payouts) as they are shared across modules.

  • Ensure tool coherence and integrity, especially in integration and master data management.
  • Challenge Vistex to maximize solution capabilities, including product enhancements.
  • Identify and implement shared solutions for similar requirements across modules.
  • Anticipate cross-module impacts when change is requested in one module.
  • Collaborate with module DPOs, IT, Finance, Capability Owners, and Commercial teams to align on standards and architecture.
  • Participate in tool assessments.
  • Challenge business decisions when necessary to maintain tool integrity and alignment with the global solution (adopt not adapt mindset).

Requirements

Do you have experience in SAP?, Do you have a Master's degree?, * 5+ years in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Product Management roles.

  • Strong understanding of rebate processes.
  • Experience with Vistex and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of integration architecture, master data governance, and digital transformation.
  • Experience working with vendors.
