Global Enterprise Partners is supporting a major digital transformation initiative and is looking for an experienced Digital Product Owner to drive the strategy, evolution, and adoption of an enterprise-grade AI chatbot powering secure, intelligent employee support across the organization.
This role sits at the intersection of AI, product strategy, user experience, and enterprise automation. What's in it for you?
- Lead the strategic roadmap of a flagship enterprise AI chatbot

- Conduct market and competitive analysis in the enterprise AI landscape
- Establish KPIs and track product performance, value, and user engagement
- Improve conversational design and overall user experience
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams on user journeys and interaction design
- Work closely with AI/ML engineers to enhance NLP and agentic capabilities
- Oversee integrations with HR, IT, Finance, and other internal systems
- Manage knowledge base, data quality, and chatbot training
- Present progress, roadmap updates, and ROI metrics to leadership and SteerCo
- Facilitate workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and cross-functional alignment
- Monitor analytics, run experiments, and identify automation opportunities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, preferably with AI/ML or enterprise digital products
- Proven experience managing digital products from concept to launch
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and product management tools
Technical Skills
- Understanding of conversational AI, NLP, and Agentic AI concepts
- Familiarity with chatbot platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft Foundry
- Knowledge of modern LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini)
- Basic proficiency with Python, React, APIs, and system integrations
- Understanding of cloud environments such as Azure or AWS
