This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paris for a Tech Leader focused on developing a SaaS platform for maritime logistics, leveraging smart contract technology. The Tech Leader will lead the design and development of software solutions, define and implement solution architecture, and oversee project management processes. Responsibilities include mentoring the development team, aligning technical strategies with business objectives, and ensuring the successful delivery of the platform while maintaining high standards of innovation and technical excellence.

Proven experience in Software Development and Solution Architecture, with a focus on SaaS platforms and smart contract implementation. Strong Project Management and leadership capabilities for overseeing development teams and delivering projects effectively. Exceptional Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges and design scalable, robust solutions. Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and technical professionals. Familiarity or experience with the maritime logistics domain and blockchain-based technologies is an advantage. Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks relevant to SaaS development is preferred.
