Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Your focus will be on enabling cutting-edge MLOps and LLMOps capabilities and productionalizing AI use cases on the Data Science Production Environment (DSPE). Your focus will also be elevating the team on the existing ML knowledge and best practices by bringing in your expertise and past experience

In this role, you will actively participate in the ideation and design of AI use cases with Data Scientists while ensuring code quality through unit testing, adhering to best coding practices, and developing robust testing frameworks. You will harness the AI capabilities offered by ABN AMRO, such as OpenAI models, and apply advanced techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation to enhance the impact of solutions. Monitoring and improving the performance of deployed solutions on the DSPE will be a significant aspect of your work.

Furthermore, you will onboard new Data Science use cases onto the DSPE, develop CI/CD templates and standardized frameworks, and design guidelines and processes for Data Science teams to effectively utilize MLOps and LLMOps capabilities. As an experienced professional, you will mentor junior ML Engineers, fostering a collaborative environment and driving best practices across the team. Atleast 5+ years of experience with Python, Spark, Git, Azure Devops;

Atleast 5+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) for Machine Learning and GenAI solutions,

Experience with the technologies Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI and Azure Document Intelligence.

Atleast 5+ years of experience in building machine learning based solutions, applicants are expected to have some practical experience;

Experience with unit testing and any other kind of testing;

Experience with OpenAI models and are familiar with RAG, embedding models, chunking etc.

Project management skills through experience in a leading role in multiple projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English
