Job description
We are looking for a Change Lead to help drive change management and user adoption for large-scale Oracle ERP rollout across multiple European countries. You will act as key liaison between project team and business stakeholders throughout transformation., Lead end-to-end change management strategy for European Oracle implementation
Execute stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption plans
Coordinate country-level change activities ensuring consistency and local adaptation
Support project testing and training activities with business user involvement
Define and track success metrics, readiness, and adoption rates
Manage transition to business-as-usual and knowledge transfer to operational teams
Develop training materials and business process documentation
Collaborate with project teams and SMEs to integrate change activities into project plan
Requirements
Do you have experience in Project management?, Do you have a Master's degree?, Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred)
5+ years as Change Manager/Lead in international, multi-country environment
Proven experience with ERP/HCM implementations, preferably Oracle
Strong project management skills managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders
Experience in complex, matrixed organizations across Europe
Knowledge of change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or equivalent)
