SAP Business One Systems Analyst - Award-Winning End User

Reporting directly to the Head of IT, you will be a key part of a dedicated support team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance, optimization, and extension of the SAP Business One landscape across their multiple UK sites.

This is a hands-on role involving deep-dive support, middleware integrations (BPA), and advanced BI reporting., * System Support: Provide high-level support for SAP Business One and middleware integrations.

• Maintenance: Manage system updates, hotfixes, and general SAP B1 health checks.
• Integrations: Lead and support integration projects between SAP B1 and various 3rd-party applications using Codeless Platforms BPA.
• BI & Analytics: Build and maintain Power BI and SAP B1 dashboards to drive business decision-making.
• Project Delivery: Undertake system-wide integration projects and architecture improvements.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience supporting SAP Business One within an end-user or partner environment.
• Technical Stack: Strong proficiency with SAP HANA and MS SQL Server.
• Middleware: Proven experience with integration tools such as Codeless Platforms BPA or SAP BTP.
• Reporting: Skilled in Power BIand/or Crystal Reports.
• Communication: Ability to work collaboratively with key stakeholders and non-technical users.
• Mobility: Comfortable with occasional travel between sites as required.
