Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in VoIP?, The candidate should have good experience with Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 products with a good Windows 11 knowledge along with some Network infrastructure skills. Server 2019 would be beneficial. Some knowledge of VoIP solutions, Sage and Autodesk products would be beneficial.
The role will involve working on the help desk, installing, supporting, and maintaining hardware and software infrastructures in customer offices. Duties include answering incoming telephone calls and directing them appropriately. Prospective recruits should have good communication skills, excellent telephone manner, good documentation, and a good understanding of process control for managing support calls. Must be smart, presentable, and work well as a team and on their own.
A Full Clean Driving License is required with a minimum of two years driving experience.
Included in the package is subsidised mobile phone expense, expenses/travel costs for business travel is reimbursed. The role is flexible and allows for working from home and the office in a flexible approach.
