- Deliver business as usual reporting requirements to aid service delivery and monitor performance.
- Build dashboards and visualisations to bring data to life
- Deep dive into complex data sets to uncover trends, anomalies and insights
- Design and run experiments to test hypothesis and measure impact
- Drive data quality improvements working collaboratively with all colleagues across NLPSS, partners and external suppliers.
- Deputise for the Reporting and Systems lead as required., + You must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom or meet the criteria for sponsorship under the Skilled Worker visa route. Requirements
We have an exciting opportunity for a talented data analyst to join the NLPSS Reporting and systems team responsible for reporting, analytics and systems management and development required across the NLPSS service offering including but not limited to Recruitment and Occupational Health. The shared service is continually developing, and this role will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to help formulate our direction and strategy using their expertise and a can-do attitude. We are looking for a proactive self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills willing to innovate and work collaboratively to meet service requirements. The successful candidate will have proven delivery experience in a complex reporting and systems environment, with advanced Excel, SQL and Power BI skills used alongside other tools to ensure optimal delivery of requirements. Ideally you will have experience of NHS employee systems like ESR, TRAC and G2. Meticulous attention to detail, problem solving skills and a flexible approach to providing advice, guidance and training to improve data quality are essential.
