Job description

The Business Support Coordinator is a critical link between the operational departments. They work alongside the Logistics, Procurement and Sales Support teams. This position offers wide-ranging exposure across the business, creating exceptional opportunities for personal development and skill-building., * Supporting effective procurement and supply chain operations through improved material planning, supplier performance monitoring, and inventory utilisation, contributing to enhanced cost control and operational efficiency.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by tracking, analysing, and reporting progress, ensuring the company achieve it's desired goals.
  • Produce accurate, insight-driven business reports and analysis to support operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinating warehouse, logistics, and contractor activities, proactively resolving issues to maintain service levels, compliance, and delivery performance.
  • Supporting end-to-end order and project coordination by maintaining accurate system data, forecasts, and delivery timelines to meet customer needs.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, enabling clear communication, effective problem-solving, and collaborative output across teams.
  • Demonstrate adaptability and commercial awareness by supporting ad-hoc projects and delivering practical, timely solutions within a fast-paced operational environment
