Job description
As a Solution Engineer, you help turn Luminovo's integration capabilities into a scalable, revenue-driving function. You work closely with customers, Sales, and Product to focus on the highest-impact integration use cases, shape them into repeatable solutions, and bring them to market. In doing so, you help build the processes and foundations that make Solution Engineering a core part of Luminovo's growth engine.
You design and implement integrations between Luminovo and customer systems such as ERP, PLM, and CRM, guiding customers through technical onboarding and complex go-lives. At the same time, you continuously improve the developer experience of our APIs by defining common integration patterns, contributing feedback to API design, and maintaining clear, high-quality documentation.
This is a customer-facing, high-impact role with strong technical depth and real ownership. You act as a trusted technical expert in pre- and post-sales contexts, enable Sales and Customer Success with sound solution designs, and feed recurring customer insights back into Product and Engineering to improve Luminovo's integration capabilities over time., * Igor, Solution Engineer and your manager.

Performance objectives
Make Solution Engineering a revenue center: You concentrate on highest-ROI features, help to shape them and bring them to the market. It's about building up solution engineering and the processes around it.
Drive smooth technical onboarding and go-lives: Own the technical onboarding experience for customers by guiding them through integration setup, proactively troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth and successful go-live.
Improve API usability and integration experience: Continuously improve the developer experience of Luminovo's APIs by defining common integration use cases, contributing feedback to API design discussions, and maintaining clear, high-quality API documentation.
Build scalable, reusable connectors: Develop and maintain reusable connectors for common ERP, PLM, and CRM systems to reduce custom implementation effort and accelerate customer time-to-value.
Enable Sales and Customer Success with technical expertise: Act as a trusted technical expert in pre-sales and customer interactions, supporting solution design and translating customer requirements into feasible technical integration approaches.
Feed customer insights back into the product: Identify recurring integration patterns, bottlenecks, and customer needs and share these insights with Product and Engineering to continuously improve Luminovo's integration capabilities.
We don't need you to be an expert in the electronics industry today. But you have to be willing to dive into it to understand our potential customers' unique situations and how our software tools can create value for them.
