Job description
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join one of our teams in the Practice Efficiency domain.
As a Software Engineer, your mission will be to work on improving the billing software for our German practitioners, simplifying cumbersome and time-consuming workflows to allow practitioners to spend more time with their patients.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and implement features to simplify billing workflows for healthcare practitioners
- Thinking user first and help improve our user experience through new features and design updates while maintaining high code quality standards
- Bring your expertise and past experiences to help us continuously improve the way we work
- Improve the performance of key features implemented in Kotlin/Springboot, Kafka and React (TypeScript/Javascript), sometimes completely challenging the status quo, * Our solutions are built on a single fully cloud-native platform that supports web and mobile app interfaces, multiple languages, and is adapted to the country and healthcare specialty requirements. To address these challenges, we are modularizing our platform run in a distributed architecture through reusable components.
- Our stack is composed of Rails, TypeScript, Java, Python, Kotlin, Swift, and React Native.

Requirements
Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * You have strong technical skills, with experience at scale
- You have strong experience with Kotlin/Springboot and distributed systems
- You have a "user first" mindset and want to build a product focused on bringing value to its users, through secure, well-tested and pragmatic code
- You are proactive, curious, collaborative and eager to learn
- You integrate AI into your daily workflow
- You are fluent in English and a good level of German is a plus
