Java Developer (RFID readers)

We are seeking a skilled Java IoT Developer to develop applications for Keonn product portfolio that power all our high-end RFID readers and derived systems. In this role, you will be developing Java applications to enhance, debug, and optimize our current infrastructure while implementing new features to meet evolving market demands., * Develop and maintain Java applications for IoT devices

• Implement new features and functionality for RFID reader systems
• Debug and resolve software issues in embedded environments
• Optimize code performance and memory usage
• Collaborate with hardware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Support testing and validation of firmware releases
• Future opportunity to lead the Java development team if skilled and interested

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Java development, preferably in embedded systems
• Strong understanding of embedded Java programming
• Experience with real-time systems and multi-threading
• Experience with working in Linux and command line
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Knowledge of network programming and communication protocols is a plus
• Familiarity with RFID technology and RF systems is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Spanish is a big advantage)
