Job description
We are looking for an IT Systems Administrator to ensure Flanks operates securely, efficiently, and without interruption. This role owns the technical foundations of our internal operations, making sure our people can work smoothly while our systems remain reliable, scalable, and secure.
You will be responsible for everything that enables day-to-day work behind the scenes: onboarding and offboarding, access control, endpoint management, infrastructure reliability, automation, and security monitoring. This is a highly trusted role with direct impact on productivity, security, and operational excellence across the company.
The ideal candidate combines a strong technical background with a proactive, service-oriented mindset, and takes ownership of internal systems as a product in itself - always looking to improve, automate, and future-proof how we work.
What you'll do ️
Here's what you can expect to work on:
- Full IT onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring correct setup of devices, accounts, permissions, and tools from day one.
- MDM fleet management across Windows, macOS, and Linux, maintaining secure, compliant, and up-to-date endpoints.
- Identity and access management across the company, including role-based access control, permission reviews, and security best practices.
- Automation of IT tasks and processes to reduce manual work, improve reliability, and scale internal operations efficiently.
- IT support and troubleshooting, acting as a key point of contact for internal users and ensuring fast, effective resolution of issues.
Requirements
