Compensation & Perks * Base Salary: €45,000 - €65,000 (Based on seniority and standardized via our career ladder). * Performance Bonus: Up to 10% annual variable pay (paid every six months). * Equity: Phantom Shares - we want you to have a real stake in our growth and a share in the success of an exit or IPO. * Time Off: 26 days total (23 days vacation + your Birthday + Dec 24th & 31st).
