IT Senior Java Developer As a member of the IT development team of CIBITSpain, serving as Technical Leader, your primary responsibility will be to lead the development of a portfolio of applications, ensuring their quality, continuity, compliance with the standards and cybersecurity policies in force at BNP Paribas. Responsibilities * Understand and analyze the needs coming from the Business and propose sustainable solutions in line with the entity's development good practices. * Involve all relevant stakeholders in the definition and validation of new requirements, assessing all potential impacts. * Guarantee the proper functioning of applications so that they can be maintained and upgraded. * Report and alert on service continuity, deadlines, budget and propose methods to increase optimization and efficiency. * Analyze incidents, propose preventive action plans and areas of improvement. * Help estimate and establish road-maps for your scope of applications. * Ensure

implementation and changes in the production environment, manage the go-live process and propose adjustments when needed. * Support the team to achieve commitments. * Coordinate and/or participate in communities of practice and develop relationshipestination networks. Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree (3-5 years) in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent. * Experience: o Prior experience in design and development of Java applications, including at least 3 years with microservices (Kubernetes). o Full lifecycle experience from requirements analysis to production rollout, with support during testing. o Experience in incident handling for production teams, task prioritization, development estimation and mentoring less-experienced developers. o Knowledge of project management is a plus. * Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of French or any other European languageرج is a plus.քներ * Spanish - fluent; English -_WIDGET_fluent. Skills * Strong development skills in Java, PHP/JSP, AngularJS. * Microservices (Kubernetes), Spring Boot, Spring Batch. * Shell scripting, database knowledge (Oracle SQL/PLSQL, PostgreSQL). * Software architecture, agile and product owner methodologies (Scrum). * Client-oriented, creative and innovative.
