Job description

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner to lead the evolution of an internal software engineering excellence platform. This role has a strong focus on automation, SDLC modernization, and the integration of AI/GenAI-powered solutions within large-scale engineering environments.

You will act as a key bridge between technical teams (engineering, architecture, security) and product stakeholders, driving internal products following an InnerSource and continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously evolve the product roadmap, aligned with the engineering strategy.
  • Prioritize features enabling SDLC automation and integration with developer and security tools (CI/CD, code analysis, etc.).
  • Drive the transition from manual processes to automated, scalable, and tool-agnostic assessments.
  • Work closely with technical users to understand workflows, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support adoption of the platform across multiple teams and entities.
  • Clearly communicate product value and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to engineering standards covering quality, security, sustainability, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in software engineering, developer platforms, or engineering productivity.

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in technical or internal products.

  • Hands-on exposure to automation initiatives and/or AI/GenAI-powered tools.

  • Experience in large, distributed, multi-stakeholder environments.

  • Technical Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
  • Familiarity with code quality and security tools (SAST, DAST, SCA).
  • Knowledge of modern architectures, microservices, and cloud-native environments.
  • Experience with Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript.
