Job description
- Lead full-cycle SAP testing across Unit, SIT, UAT, Regression, and Performance phases.
- Define robust test strategies for large-scale ECC and S/4HANA transformation programs.
- Champion automation using a Shift-Left approach and modern frameworks.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity, risk management, and on-time delivery.
- Guide global teams and coordinate with vendors across multiple regions.
- Provide thought leadership on SAP testing best practices and tools like TOSCA and Solution Manager.
Requirements
- 20+ years of SAP testing expertise, spanning ECC and S/4HANA programs.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of SAP Finance, MM, SD, and related SaaS solutions.
- Proven experience with automation frameworks and performance testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, HP ALM, Jira, and TCoE environments.
