ERP Analytics Manager

You will be a key leadership position within the Connect PPG program, responsible for driving analytics and reporting initiatives across Phases 2 and 3. You will manage a team, ensure accurate deployment of reporting capabilities, and influence strategic decisions that align with our IT strategy. You will foster professional growth and empower team members to develop functional and technical expertise using SAP Datasphere and other reporting solutions. You will report directly to Senior Manager II Information Technology., * Program Delivery & Accountability:

• Ensure accurate deployment of approved reports and associated capabilities within Connect PPG Phases 2 and 3.
• Represent the Analytics & Reporting 2-in-a-box and work side by side with business representatives.
• Assess with your team reporting requirements and identify ways to improve data driven decision making.
• Drive discussions and decisions related to analytics and reporting across the program.

• Strategic Influence & Advocacy:

• Develop a strong area of influence within the Connect PPG program.
• Advocate for ERP analytics as a key differentiator for organizational success.
• Make sound, business-oriented decisions that align with or enhance the current IT strategy.

• Collaboration & Coordination:

• Work closely with the Data Lake organization (Analytics Engineers and Data Engineers) to bridge gaps and ensure seamless integration.

• Innovation & Expertise:

• Evaluate the use of AI within the program and after.
• Upskill in Databricks and other advanced technologies.
• Be a source of inspiration and encourage creative thinking and innovative approaches within the team.
• Build knowledge of SAP ERP and related technologies.

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum of 4 years of proven experience leading medium to large-scale projects,

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or relevant area
• Good proficiency in English
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and related technologies.
• Ability to manage the identification, planning, and execution of deliverables within established timelines, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
