IT Project Officer

You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, supporting day-to-day IT while driving digital improvement, system development and smarter ways of working.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide IT support and maintain day-to-day IT systems
• Work with teams to understand needs and deliver practical IT solutions
• Support digital transformation and process improvement projects
• Help develop the use of AI tools across the business
• Support system integrations (including Sage 200 and Construct)
• Manage IT assets, suppliers and software licences
• Deliver training and support for new systems and technology

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Sage?, This position is ideal for an IT graduate with 2-3 years' experience who is ready to step up, take ownership and play a key role in shaping how technology is used across the organisation., * ICT degree / HNC / HND or equivalent

• 2-3 years' experience in an IT or digital role
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Confident working independently and managing your own workload
• Interest in digital improvement, automation and AI
• Full UK driving licence (occasional travel required)
