A bit about the job

You'll join our Threat Intelligence & Attack Simulation team as the technical specialist for Standard Build Assurance (SBA) .

You'll shape and maintain our SBA governance and target security baselines, build and tune compliance scans, and turn results into practical actions through simple dashboards and clear stories.

Your work helps Aviva reduce risk, stay resilient, and make smart, secure changes quickly-so our colleagues and customers are protected.

• Hands- on experience with CIS standards and vulnerability management (e.g., scan configuration, triage, remediation).

• Proven ability to define and maintain secure baselines for operating systems and platforms; you keep "what good looks like" current and usable.

• Experience of building and maintaining compliance scans and templates for new tech and OS versions.

• Comfortable creating clear dashboards and insights (e.g., Qlik Sense or similar) that drive action with stakeholders.

• Strong collaborator: you explain technical detail in plain English and work well with Platforms, Infrastructure and market CISOs

• Salary Circa £55000 (depending on location, skills, experience and qualifications)

• Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
