Job description

  • Face-to-face IT support for users.
  • Hardware installation, movement, and de-installation.
  • Diagnosing problems concerning personal hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Maintain, analyze, and solve end-user computing problems both hardware and software.
  • System and application changes testing, scripts preparation in MS Windows and MS Office 365 environment.
  • Install and set up equipment, cables, outlets, and all other hardware required for implementing IMAC's.
  • Software, patches, and updates installation using MS SCCM.

Requirements

We are recruiting an experienced IT Technician to solve customer support issues on-site at multiple customer premises. You will be responsible for providing local support for all on-site employees and will collaborate with a team of skilled and motivated technicians. We are looking for an initiative-taking IT technician with a keen interest in technology, who can suggest improvements and offer opinions on new products or services.

This role requires traveling to customer sites as needed. You will represent Stefanini and demonstrate excellent customer service skills combined with exemplary IT skills. Be comfortable with travel and occasional hotel stays may be expected., * Minimum of 3 Years' experience in an IT Support Role.

  • Mastery of Windows 10 + 11 and MS Office 365 environment.
  • Hardware problem diagnosis skills (PC's, laptops, printers, etc.).
  • Knowledge of remote administrative tools in Windows 11 environment.
  • Knowledge of LAN, Wireless and VPN technologies for basic troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and Exchange.
  • Familiar with printers and multi-functional devices connected to a network.
  • Willingness to learn modern technologies.
  • Positive, helpful, can-do attitude and ability to work with others.
  • Effective communication skills, service delivery orientation.
  • Ability to cope with stress and workload.
  • Able to travel to client sites on-demand across the UK.
  • A full driver's license and own vehicle are a requirement.
