IT Infrastructure Specialist

• Act as a key point of contact for IT systems administration, including Level 1 and Level 2 support following Abbott IT standards.
• Provide end-user support to ensure smooth daily operations for our onsite teams.
• Install, configure, test, and upgrade software, hardware, and infrastructure in line with project plans.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing to ensure business continuity.
• Troubleshoot and isolate issues across the network environment (LAN, WLAN, physical infrastructure).
• Support system security planning and compliance activities.
• Maintain and administer IT assets to ensure accurate tracking and lifecycle management.
• Deliver clear, timely reporting to IT Management on systems status, support activity, and ongoing projects.

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT systems or technical support roles within a corporate or industrial environment.
• Solid understanding of core IT hardware, software, troubleshooting methods, and network components.
• A solutions-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
