Senior SAP FICO Consultant

• Lead SAP FICO strategy and execution across global finance operations, driving digital transformation and process excellence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to finance leadership, translating business needs into scalable SAP solutions that enhance decision-making.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with supply chain, R&D, and commercial teams to ensure seamless financial integration and compliance.
• Champion continuous improvement by identifying system enhancements, optimizing workflows, and leveraging emerging SAP capabilities.
• Own key projects from blueprint to go-live, including S/4HANA migrations, regulatory updates, and global rollouts

• A minimum of 6 years of experience working with SAP FICO
• Good knowledge of multiple submodular areas such as AP, AR, GL, etc
• Previous implementation experience of S/4HANA is desirable though not essential
• Experience working in a global environment, ideally coming from industries coming life sciences or FMCG
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Fluency in English is essential, Spanish would be a plus
