About the Role As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining BI solutions that collect, analyze, and visualize business data. You'll collaborate with Redslim's internal teams and clients to develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data models that support informed decision-making. You'll ensure that BI platforms deliver accurate and accessible insights by managing data flows, validating tools, and optimizing performance. Whether developing automated reporting solutions or transforming business requirements into high-impact visualizations, you'll play a key role in how data drives action. Key Responsibilities * Specify, design, build, and maintain BI solutions and reports. * Create dashboards and visualizations that illustrate trends, patterns, and outliers. * Design and manage data models for reporting and analytics. * Collaborate with data engineers, account managers, and operational teams to identify new opportunities through data. * Monitor and optimize BI tools for performance, accuracy, and scalability. * Support upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting of BI systems. * Validate new and existing data tools to ensure high data integrity. * Conduct ad-hoc business analyses and present insights to senior stakeholders. * Automate recurring reports and enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency. * Lead development efforts to streamline BI operations and create new analytical features. What we're Looking For Experience: * 4+ years of experience in BI roles or a recent Computer Science graduate. * Expert in end-to-end development of Power BI projects Skills & Knowledge: * Strong data visualization and client engagement capabilities - able to translate requirements into clear dashboards and actionable insights. * Technologies: Power BI, SQL, DAX, Power Query, Excel, and Python * MS Certifications is an advantage * Knowledge of VBA, TSQL, and R; familiarity with Tableau or Qlik is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, you comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders. * Competence in AI-enabled analytics for advanced insights. * Understanding of FMCG data, especially NIQ, Circana, or Kantar methodologies. * Entrepreneurial spirit, proactive mindset, and, readiness to

take ownership of projects, * Passionate about technology, continuous improvement, and innovation. * Strong problem-solving ability, curiosity, and autonomy in daily execution. * Ready to travel up to 25% of the time. * Fluency in English; Spanish or French language skills are advantageous.
