Senior Software Engineer

(Responsibilities) * Set the stage for your teams' technical architecture, aligning tech with business goals, and helping the team deliver on quality and efficiency. * Tackle the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of major initiatives, with an eye on reliability and long-term viability. * Mentor peers and less experienced engineers, handling tricky tech challenges and offering solutions only a few can. * Lead rollouts for major projects, keeping all teams in sync and ensuring a smooth launch. * Conduct in-depth code reviews and maintain best practices in testing and monitoring to ensure reliability. * Communicate technical challenges clearly and provide data-driven feedback to enhance team performance and direction. What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications) * 5+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, MongoDB, Redis and RabbitMQ or equivalent technologies, JMeter and Postman for advanced QA. * Experience leading projects that include, strategic

problem-solving and high-impact results, following Clean Architecture principles and best practices. * A tactical approach to balancing code quality, testing, and long-term architecture. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear, actionable insights. * Working proficiency in English and Spanish (fluency in both will be a plus).
